Due to the fact that ninety-five percent of the projects I ever worked on fall under explicit or implicit confidentiality conditions, the projects presented below are surely less spectacular than many others would have been. Nevertheless, they make a point, as they display the breadth of types, scopes and styles I habitually work on. My projects include smaller or larger residential and commercial applications as well as space planning for public events.

Taste of The Caribbean Food Festival

Project scope:

plan space to accomodate 1000 persons sitting, allow proper access to the food pavilions, maximize visual contact with stage (entertainment) while respecting conditions set by managers of Place Bonaventure as well as fire protection code, etc.

Artisan Loft for Salon des métiers d’art du Québec

Project scope:
  • design a compact piece of cabinetry (salon fees depend on the footprint) to show off porcelain pottery and jewelry and allow for storage for packaging material

Project scope:
  • to convey Client’s precise ideas to the landscapers

  • demolish existing solarium at the rear of the house
  • create new deck instead
